Share Share Tweet Nov 15, 2018 Edward of Clifton Park, NY Completly ignored for a month | Amazing Keys review I ordered a lock cylinder for a 2003 Saturn ion. The price was 79.99. Two weeks go by and I have not received product ordered. I spoke with sales rep who informed me she would send up a complaint and find out what was going on. I contacted them 3 more times and wrote the company numerous E-mails and never received a response. I finally contacted the BBB and filed a complaint and than the company finally sent me an E-mail. The company said there must be a problem with my E-mail. Its funny how they fixed it after the complaint was filed. The company told me that they needed more information from me in order to make the product work. They wanted a picture of my keys. I asked them to refund my money on Oct 24th and told them I no longer wanted the part. I informed them again on the 28th of the same thing. I never heard from them. On Oct 30 the part arrived in the mail and they have a no refund policy. I now have a part I no longer need and a loss of 79.99. Hard lesson learned. The BBB closed the case because Amazing keys sent me the product. The sales rep were the nicest people I have ever spoke to on the phone. Its a shame they have to work for this company. I took the car to the dealer and asked them to program the keys (old and new) per recommendation from the Amazing keys owner. It took the Honda service manager less than 2 minutes to program the keys correctly. He stated that after hearing the click and nothing happened I should have gone through the sequence one more time and all would be working correctly. I had followed instructions more than 20 times but was unable to finish the job. Should you run into a similar problem follow Amazing Key's recommendation and ask the service manager. Reason of review Fair pricing Share Share Tweet Nov 05, 2014 PissedConsumer554314 of Camden, NJ Take back "non existing customer service" comment | Amazing Keys review from Camden, New Jersey After a little over one week of sending emails to the company, the company owner finally provided a satisfactory response stating to either reboot the car remote key controller by disconnecting the battery or if this did not work to take the car to the dealer. After following their instructions the key still did not work however the system will make a noise after the 3rd try. This noise seems to indicate the system attempts to close all door locks but is unable to do so. Continuation with the instruction show that the key did not program correctly or the system needs to be checked. As a result I will take the car to the dealer to have the remote lock system checked. Disregard my earlier review which states that the company had "non existing customer service" as in retrospect they were merely slow to respond. ...
